1. General

By accessing, browsing , using, or registering with this website, or by placing any order through this website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them. You must be over 18 years of age to place an order.

2. Product Descriptions and Availability

Flowers are natural products and variations in size, colour, shape, and lifespan are expected. Your goods may vary slightly from online images.

All orders are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties or if a specific flower is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar flower or component of equal or greater value and quality, without prior notice.

3. Perishable Goods Exemption (Right to Cancel)

Important: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day right to cancel does not apply to the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as fresh flowers.

Therefore, once an order for fresh flowers has been placed and processed, you do not have the automatic right to cancel or return the goods simply because you have changed your mind.

4. Quality Guarantee and Refunds

We are committed to providing goods of satisfactory quality as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will inspect the issue and, if the goods are deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds or replacements may not be available if the poor condition is caused by a failure to care for the flowers according to our instructions.

5. Delivery

We are not liable for lateness caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by you. Once products are delivered, they are held at your own risk.
